    Urban Decay is Cruelty Free

I purchased the Urban Decay Naked Cyber Eyeshadow Palette at Ulta 50% off. This is my first Urban Decay eyeshadow palette. The majority of the shades are pretty. Unfortunately, there isn't enough pigment for my liking.

Soft, buttery, wish they were less shimmery

I absolute love this palette! The packaging is super cute, and the shades are amazing. I enjoyed how blendable/build able the shades were, though I wish the mattes were less shimmery and a bit more pigmented. My camera doesn't do the color and glitter justice!

    2000’s nostalgia + metallics

If you’re a fan of Urban Decay’s Naked Palettes, you are going to absolutely love the newest addition to the Naked family, Naked Cyber.

With a load of 20th anniversaries happening in the world of music and entertainment, make-up looks from the 2000’s and Y2K make-up has been enjoying a nostalgic comeback with some futuristic tweaks.

Naked Cyber, with it’s range of soft metallic neutrals, was definitely made for the resurrection of the early 2000’s trends in a freshly exciting way.

Urban Decay’s naked Cyber palette follows the familiar format of other Naked palettes, a curated line of twelve buttery soft powder shadows in a rectangular compact complete with it’s own mirror and a double ended brush applicator.

The housing for Naked Cyber blows precious Naked palette packaging out of the water. It has a white plastic casing that’s been overlaid with a holographic motherboard or circuit board design. Depending on which way you look at the motherboard detailing, it catches the light and can look a rainbow of different colours.

If you think of all of the colours that pop up in a hologram aesthetic, they feature in this eyeshadow palette. If you are a lover of neutral duochromes and soft metals and colour flip shades, you’ll fall in love with Naked Cyber’s colour scheme.

Previous Naked palettes packed a lot of shades that were matte, but with Cyber, the pearlescent shimmers are majoring in waking up everyday eye make-up looks, whether you want a subtle sheen or you want a deeper, more defined eye, UD have proved that in 2021 metallics are where it’s at!

We will have to wait for such greatness from Urban Decay, but not too long, depending on where you are in the world. Naked Cyber will land in the UK on 17th September, and will become available in the Americas from September 21st. If you’re in Argentina or Brazil, you’ll have to be mega patient, as the palette doesn’t become available until November 1 for Argentina and January 12, 2022 for Brazil. Naked Cyber, like all of Urban Decay’s high tech palettes and products will be well worth the wait!
