Vichy Oligo 25 Eyes is a little 4 ml stick with a cooling effect. This product reduces puffiness around the eyes and fades dark circles. It refreshes and hydrates the eye area. I use this product when I have been out late the night before or just did not get a good sleep. At first I was skeptical about this product because I could understand how it could make your eyes feel less tired and make noticeable visible difference. I was pleasantly surprised that I was wrong.
