I do not go to bed without using this product it cleara airway for breathing and it is a refreshing menthol, i absoutely love this product. All you do is unscrew the lid put it in your nostril and take a breath in through your nose. Highly recommend

It helps when you have a stuffy and runny nose to relieve it momentarily and it helps throughout the cold season. It helps for those times when you are emotional, watching a taouching video or movie and you cry and your nose is stuffy this is a must to have.
