These Adult Gummy Vitamins contain only natural colors and flavors - berry, peach and orange. They taste great and are not sugar loaded.

For pill haters, this was a welcome change from the usual flavourless or worse, awful tasting medicine out there. The taste was not dissimilar to regular gummy candy, which makes vitamin taking more pleasant. On the other hand, this must be kept away from children because of this. There was also a smaller percentage of vitamins contained in each candy, which meant that more needed to be taken to equal the same amount as in other vitamins. That can get expensive as a result.

If you find it hard to take your vitamins regularly, this is an option. However, it is not the best option out there.

I absolutely love these vitamins! They taste great and are very easy to chew. I love how cute they are. It is quite expensive, but you do get a lot. I will continue to repurchase.

I take a lot of vitamins on the daily and getting ot take a few in the form of candy - bonus. There is a bi tof sugar in them so I am not totally sold on the health benefits but a little sweetness is okay. Also- big bottle super cheap at Costco!
