I’ve been waiting for this!
I am an avid sobeys shopper and when the pandemic hit I was super disappointed to see that other major grocery chains provided delivery or grocery pickup & sobeys did not! However, this was worth my wait! The order was super easy to place, efficient, and I loved every second of it. I will definitely be using this in the future.

Friendly Service, My fruits and vegetables were very well picked, like I’d pick them myself! No replacement items needed, the meats were wonderfully picked.
I do recommend giving this a try. I usually don’t like letting someone else do my shopping, but this was awesome!

Voila is great !
Voila is great . You can get fresh food quality groceries without having to go shop for them . The convenience piece is perfect , especially for working moms .
The order process was simple and seamless. The driver was a delight to deal with. Would highly recommend!! They had fantastic selection and quality of produce and all my favourites I usually get in store.
Time saver
Did this for a trial run and absolutely loved it. I have used online before with pickup and the service is always top notch. When I arrived, I was early and the staff was amazing and bagged everything up and put it in my trunk. I will be using this service from Volia again. Thanks so much
Wasn’t very happy with how prepared they were with my order. Not to sure if I will give it another try or not.
I was excited to try Voila to avoid shopping during our most recent Covid wave and boy was I disappointed. I got home to discover that half of my order was missing and that I was charged for the missing items. I promptly called the store and they apologized profusely and referred me to Viola for a refund. The person who answered at Viola said that she spoke with a supervisor who said that they would run an investigation by speaking with the store in the next 2-3 business days before they would consider a refund. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they would request a call back. So now the had both my money and my food. I again called the store and fortunately the store manager agreed I should have my money back and issued a gift card for the outstandingly amount. I had to drive across town again to get the card and now the store was closing so I had to go for my third trip the next day to get my groceries. 10 days later I still had not heard back from Voila so I called them. I asked why I had not received my supervisory call back and they indicated that they didn’t bother cause I had my money back. I again asked to speak to a supervisor and she agreed that they needed to do better and that this lack of service was not acceptable. I also confirmed with her that it was not my responsibility to check to make sure that all items were in my trunk before I left. She advised me that the store was responsible for reviewing the order for accuracy. Well I know one thing thing that’s for certain, I will never use Viola again despite their offer of a $20 off code.
Pick up service
Not able to access the weekly flyer thru app makes it hard to find sale items and there is a couple days wait time before able to pick up at least here in New Brunswick
VOILA
I loved how easy it was to see and pick the products online. I loved that I didn't have to bring my kids in and our of their car seats when picking up my order. Some products I'd rather pick my own, like which oranges or banana's I want but other than that I enjoyed this service and I will use it again. Thank you!
