Best service!

I got a discount to try this delivery service. The site was fairly easy to navigate. It would be helpful if they had recommendations through out the site. The checkout process was clean and simple. Great checkout design.

The grocery delivery was on time and might be the most pleasant delivery service I’ve had of any sort. I was even informed of the temperature the meat was chilled at.

I would definitely use this service again.

Best service I received from a grocery delivery service!

I have received a discount code to try Voila by Sobeys. I have tried many grocery services offered in downtown Toronto and this one was surprisingly most pleasant one. I have put my ordered and the order was scheduled to be delivered next day, which was great. Everything I have selected was delivered, nothing was out of stock. I have ordered meat, fish, chicken and frozen burgers - everything came very cold and selected very nice. Same goes for my vegetables, it was perfect quality. I was happy with their selection. They do a temperature check for all the frozen stuff upon delivery which shows how hands on they are. They also called me when they were 5 mins away which also was great. Honestly I cant say enough great things.

Awsome grocery delivery service

I had the opportunity to try out the new Voila by Sobeys grocery delivery service through Chickadvisor and had a very pleasant experience. My groceries arrived in perfect shape and temperature, the driver called me to let me know their ETA, which was within the selected time frame, they also checked the temperature of my groceries before leaving them at the door. The driver was completely contact free and the invoice was emailed to me. The groceries were packed well and very fresh. They also had marked the grocery bags that need to be refrigerated with green handles which made it easier to unpack and put away based on priority. I had a very pleasant experience and compared to other companies I would use Voila again. The only thing that I would suggest they work on is making their website and the actual cart section a bit more user friendly and easier to read.

3 Stores - 1 Delivery | Quick and Efficient

I used the Voila by Sobey's delivery service after receiving a $25 voucher for an order of $100 or more through the PRC. Placing the order online was quick and easy, the site is very easy to use. I was thrilled to see that I could also order items from FreshCO and Farm Boy on the same order! They had lots of delivery slots available, and I was able to get the groceries delivered the next day.

The driver called me when she was 10 minutes away to check how to best deliver the items to me. She arrived wearing a mask, and gave me a quick update that all the items I had ordered were delivered, and that I could check for any issues (eg. cracked eggs) and she could make note of them. Items that needed to be refrigerated were packed separately. The items were as ordered, produce was fresh and I am overall very happy with the delivery.

Things I would change:
- Sobeys can be a bit pricier than other grocery stores, so I probably wouldn't order from there all the time.
- The delivery costs $7.99 no matter how much you order; I wish they would at least charge less if you order $100 or more
- I've ordered from other grocery delivery services where you can specify comments on items (eg. you want bananas to be green or ripe), and also say if you will allow substitutions. I didn't see options to be able to do this here

Still, these are minor issues, and won't stop me from ordering from Voila by Sobeys in the future. Definitely recommend it!

alright but a bit pricey

To start off with the delivery fee; I think $7.99 for the flat delivery fee is actually at the lower end. Metro & Walmart, i believe charges about $10-11.

I received my order smoothly; I would receive enough notifications to know when my delivery will be coming. But Sobey's is a "higher-chain" grocery store; so I know the prices of the groceries will rack up enough for me to receive the $25 off. I did try to search for cherries but cannot find it with numerous attempts- so unsure why that happened.

I would order again- but Sobey's is again- more pricier grocery store. I'm unsure whether Sobey's offer grocery pick ups- but i may be interested in that to avoid the delivery fee!

Voila is very easy to use. Register, log in, verify that they deliver to your area and choose your delivery time. Voila! ;-)
$7.99 delivery charge is not bad at all. It saves you lots of time and it is very convenient.
The Website is easy to navigate. They often have deals on lots of products. Prices are the same as it is in store.
Our favourites are their wide range of farm boy products. Altho some products are not available thru Voila.
Items are delivered with care and are fresh.
This is so perfect nowadays.

Amazing experience

After being selected for the Voila by Sobey's campaign, I immediately placed an order and followed the instructions provided. I was a little hesitant because I have had several bad experiences with other online grocery services but let me tell you I was so happy I did. After selecting my groceries, I was able to choose a next day delivery which was about 7.99$. Initially I was annoyed because I felt that the charge was on the higher side but after receiving the order, that charge was more than fair. Jason, the Voila delivery professional, called before arriving to give me a heads up. When he arrived, he arrived in a Voila delivery truck (not his personal car like there services). The truck even had temperature controlled compartments in order to preserve freshness of cold items. All items picked were fresh and amazing as I mainly ordered fruits and veggies. Jason explained about the services and was amazing and so friendly. I would definitely order from Viola again and i commend Voila very highly used on my interaction with Jason alone. Thank you again.

Great service at decent prices!

I was very pleased with my experience! I asked for a delivery at 6 am and the driver was ON TIME for a Sunday morning! I was very impressed. The driver did text me prior to confirm I was home but I was asleep so didnt respond (sorry!) - Delivery was prompt and efficient and CONTACTLESS! For $7.99 delivery, I think this is a really good deal - Sobeys produce is always fresh and clean so its totally worth saving a trip to the store!

Good product and timely service. Delivery was efficient and the driver took the time to explain the service and how things work. Ordering online was easy and the web page was clear and easy to find products.

I received a discount to try this service and I’m glad I opted in! It was so easy to sign up, shop, pick a time and check out. I didn’t need my groceries right away so I had plenty of time options for delivery. The delivery man called prior to arriving and explained the process (he asked if it was my first time and went through how it works with me). They check the items prior to delivering them to make sure they are in good order and let you know if there were any missing items (there were none in my order). I enjoyed the whole process and my produce was what I’d pick for myself (perfect). I would definitely recommend this service. 5/5 in my books!
