Efficient and reliable grocery delivery

I was referred to try this grocery delivery service. I recorded an opportunity and a doubt through ChickAdvisor to try out Voilà and I am quite satisfied.

The sure it's comprehensive and easy to navigate, also there were stored included there that were a bonus for me (ex. Farm Boy and Well.ca). The process are reasonable and the sales are good.

The it the I like most about it is that the products come from the warehouse witch minimizes contact, but also reduced the risk of you ordering something that isn't in stock. And the delivery fee is reasonable.

I also love that you get to choose your delivery times and the windows are only am hour which means that you don't have to rearrange your while afternoon to receive your groceries. The delivery man also called me to let me know how far away he was which I really appreciated.

I will be using this service in the future.

Would order again

This felt like a luxurious service. It was very easy to create an account and to pick my items with just a few clicks.

I got everything I needed without even leaving my house. I love that I didn't have to hunt for any particular item at the aisles in a grocery store since I could just type in the search bar to find the items I needed. I didn't have to get dress, leave the house or drive to the grocery store. This was a very convenient service.

Now on to my actual experience: A few minutes before my delivery time slot, the delivery person called me to make sure I was home. Then knocked on my door and stepped away from the door for proper social distancing. He was very friendly and explained the entire process to me since it was my first time ordering with them. Afterwards they brought the groceries to my doorsteps. The entire process was a seamless and pleasant experience. I would definitely order from Voila again regularly.

Easy to shop for groceries

First time using this service and i really enjoyed. Easy to browse for products, easy to get a spot for delivery. The price for the delivery is reasonable. The fruits and vegetables i ordered were in good condition fresh, like i was picking them myself in store. I recommend this service delivery, to anyone who wants to have a little bit more time, chilling at home instead of doing the aisles in the grocery store. The deliver man just checked the temperature in everything before deliver that was super cool because i had frozen and dairy products. Can wait to order again.

Would use again when needed, but not the cheapest option

Full disclosure: I received a code as part of the program, but in all honesty I found a better code and used it instead of the one provided here.

The Voila service is easy to use and all the ingredients delivered in the exact 1-hr window as promised. Very impressed with that! They also called the morning of to confirm the delivery which was very much appreciated, especially since the order was placed a few days prior and it's easy to forget things like these.

The prices are Sobeys prices, so they tend to be a bit higher than stores like Walmart for instance but that is to be expected. Everything arrived in good condition (no missing items, no broken items) so for that I am satisfied with the order.

However, unlike some other delivery sites, they do charge a $8 delivery fee which can definitely add up, and would not recommend if you can do free pick up at Sobeys or at another grocery store with ease.

First time ordering from Sobeys

This was my first time ordering online from Sobeys and my experience was pretty good. The delivery driver was super friendly and followed directions really well as my house is kind of confusing to get to. The online ordering process is pretty easy. The only thing I didn't really like is you only find out if the product is sold out after you go to check out. Then to remove the item from your shopping cart there are a lot of steps and it doesn't allow you to remove it when it warns you that it's sold out which is kind of silly. That's the only thing I didn't really like other than that it was pretty user-friendly and simple and I would definitely use their online order again.

Really satisfied would definitely recommend them

I was really happy with the service offered by Viola..Their produce was fresh .. have a lot of delivery slots available..website is easy to navigate and I found some good deals in their flash sale section..would definitely recommend to my family and friends..The only negative I can think of is the 7.99$ delivery charge.

Not my first choice for grocery delivery

The selection is not what I expected and there are other grocery delivery apps that I prefer. Also it’s not same day delivery which is inconvenient when you’re planning for dinner

Excellent Service

I received a discount for this service as part of a Product Review Club offer. I had an awesome experience with this service and I would definitely recommend this to others. Navigating the site was relatively easy, although my only issue is that some of the items I normally purchase regularly were not available when I was picking my items for my order. I also don't particularly like the $7.99 delivery fee, however, with the level of customer service I received I feel like it was worth the extra cost.

I received confirmation emails when my order was placed and when my order was confirmed the night before my delivery. My delivery driver called me and let me know when he was nearby and advised it would be a no contact delivery due to the pandemic. When he arrived, he handed me my groceries at my door and I brought them inside. He asked if I'd used the service before, and I said it was my first time, so he let me know more about the service and how it works. He was very informative and friendly.

Another thing to note about the service is that you are also able to order from multiple places other than Sobey's such as Farm Boy and well.ca which I thought was really nice. I personally ordered from Sobey's and Farm Boy and everything was correct, and I had no problems with any of the quality of the items like I've had before with other companies.

I really enjoyed my experience with Voila and I will definitely be using them again.

So easy

This is currently the best grocery delivery service in my area. The website is clear and easily accessible, substitutions and missed items are rare, the delivery people are polite and capable, and the orders being picked out by robots at the warehouse makes their service incredibly consistent. Much better than my experience with Instacar or any of the pick up services many if us have been using since Covid. I will be sticking with Voila by Sobeys from now on.

Very happy with the Voila service. I was able to place my order with ease and select a pickup time that was convenient for me. My order arrived correctly and was packaged well. Very friendly delivery guy - called to give me a 30 minute heads up for his arrival.
