Easy to use and reliable

I’ve been using different grocery delivery for a couple of years now and I always had issues with ordering products and not being delivered.
I have not had this with my order, everything came perfectly.
The only down side is the price, most products aren’t as affordable as other competitors.
The associate that delivered my grocery was very friendly and the store communicate with me before delivering.

Easier than I thought

This is my first time using a grocery delivery service and I'd have to say I'm impressed with the ease of the process. Food was organized into categories on the website and easily searchable when I wanted a specific brand. SALES were clearly highlighted. I really appreciated the range of delivery time slots, from early morning to late nights, accommodating most, if not all work schedules. I was worried with an hour window they wouldn't show up until the last minute but they called 15 minutes prior to let me know they were on route. Zero contact delivery and my frozen bags were labeled with a coloured strap so I knew to put them away first. Nothing damaged or expired, however I did not order any fresh produce as it wasn't available for next day delivery. I wasn't thrilled about the $7.99 delivery fee but convenience outweighs cost for me, as I live in a complex where, for an order this large, I would have to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs multiple times to bring it all in. Sobeys is not my usual grocery outlet as their prices aren't always the lowest but I am very tempted to order from them again, as I did get some great deals and the service online and in person was excellent.

I recommend it

The online interface to order was very easy and convenient to use. Lot of awesome sale products to choose through. The delivery was done within the time frame I selected. The driver was wearing gloves and masks, that ensured added safety. Overall, I appreciated the service and will definitely shop again.

Voilà indeed!

I received my grocery order from Voilà by Sobeys and I was impressed.

The service was great! When I placed my order the site was easy to navigate and I discovered new brands (Farm Boy). I like that you can also get products from Well.ca. I received my items on time (I was called 15 min prior to let me know she was on her way👍). I will definitely be placing a future order.

Voila by Sobeys

So glad that Sobeys is finally delivering and fresh produce from the warehouse. Was so happy to be selected to try the service. I love to shop Sobeys and have 3 close to me. Unfortunately with Voila by Sobeys I was only available to receive The delivery through the promotional period on Sundays and they do not deliver on Sundays according to the schedule for my area. So unfortunate because I was looking forward to try the service. When my schedule frees up, I may try to use the service in the future

Satisfactory Service

I had heard about the new Voila by Sobey's and was thinking about giving it a try. When I saw the promotion through chick advisor for a $25 gift card on a $100 order if I placed a review I thought it was the perfect opportunity to try it out.
The registration process was easy and the site was simple to navigate. I was also able to find next day delivery at a time that worked for me. I was pleased to see that there were items on special that I could stock up on and even some free promotional items ( Compliments Orange juice). Also being vegan I really liked that they had a section to easily find plant based items. Unfortunately, I found that many of my usual produce items were not available which was very disappointing. It left me still needing to source those items from elsewhere which makes the entire point of home delivery a bit useless, which is why I would only give the service a 3 star rating. The delivery was on time and very efficient. I was also a bit disappointed that I could not collect Air Miles as I would if I shopped at my local Sobey's. Overall, I was satisfied but I think Sobey's can still do some work to improve the service especially when it comes to selection of items.

Easy to order and find products

I was happy to receive a credit and try out Sobeys Voila delivery service, the $25 credit covered the $7.99 delivery charge which I thought was a bit high to begin with. I was worried that products would be expensive but I found the prices reasonable and was able to pick up a few things on sale. I did notice some things were not in stock, this would be frustrating if I was using this system as my only means of grocery shopping but I used it to stock up on some staples and heavier items (pop, boxed and canned goods) so the delivery will be worth it.

Great service

You get what you pay for. For the price for delivery, it beats other well known stores that provide delivery service to home. The site prices have good deals that you can check every week. The items I ordered for were all available and don't have any problems when it was delivered. Proper infection control was used by the delivery person and the groceries I got were well prepared as they are temperature controlled. The whole process was smooth and the delivery came on time.

Very convenient!

This service provided by Sobey's is extremely convenient and easy to use! The prices were not bad, I wish we could price match as some things were a little over-priced compared to other stores. But if you stick to sales/Flash sales then the prices are competitive. I liked that the cold food was temperature checked and that those items came bagged together and easily identifiable with the green handles. Overall, I'd use the service again in a pinch.

On line grocery shopping

I decided to try this as this was new to my area. I have tried other grocery delivery service but I have to say... this is the best. On the webpage - they offer on line deals that the fliers don't have. I purchased frozen shrimps at 50 % off -$4.49 a bag.
System is easy to navigate - selected produce selection.
I got a great delivery window- usually next day which is still great.
Manny called to confirm and he delivered all the items to my door. The frozen items were frozen, produce was very fresh and soft drinks cool.
It was a wonderful experience and definitely recommend this service over the competitor that I used.
