So easy!

So easy! The website is easy to navigate and place orders. I only received one substitution and the produce I received is fresh. Will definitely use this again as it was convenient and fast! I don’t like going into stores anymore as it’s difficult with 5 kids!

So easy and convenient!

This really worked well! The website was easy to navigate and I had no problems getting a time slot and finding the things I needed to order. While I was running other errands today someone else was picking up my grocery order! At the arranged time I arrived at Sobeys, sent a quick text and then Voila! my grocery order was brought to my vehicle, the clerk even packed it all in the bags I had. Could not have been easier!

Convenient and great quality foods

I’m always skeptical of food pickup, seems like many items are always missing or not the quality you’d want but this experience was easy and pleasant. It was easy to shop and checkout on the website and the actual pickup was fast and everything was nicely packaged in paper bags. I only deducted one star because one item was missing and it would have been nice if a substitute could have been offered but I would use this service again on those busy weeks. Will recommend to others.

1st Time Voila Buyer

I have to say, the prices are slightly higher than the average store BUT very worth it for the quality and freshness I just received today. On time delivery and friendly driver! Honestly, I'm impressed! I will definitely buy again. Thank you!

Smaller value pack sizes. No 10lb onions or potatoes but good quality produce and meats. Website is fast and smooth. Delivery prices are on par but Delivery windows are wider (good for shift workers)

You guys need to get your heads out of your asses...and take care of your customers A LOT better.

I don't know who is running things over there....but you guys suck when it comes to Voila.
What exactly is '....cancelled for unforeseen issues'. And why are your supervisors so ill-equipped to handle a simple question?
Why should customers have to call in to see what the issue is?

First time voila user, and LAST time. You guys need help prioritizing customers support, and stop giving bs excuses for the incompetence of your business model.
I don't know who created that business model....but they suck too.

If these cancelations were all because I have a US phone number.....then perhaps you need to tap the brain trust over in the IT dept and have them make it IMPOSSIBLE to include a US phone number on the website.

Simple fix - but you guys won't do it because it's too simple and easy.

Not really into dealing with nonsense. I can't wait until InstaCart is avaliable in my area - they've ALWAYS taken care of their customers.

i have tried all of the hone delivery services and Voila exceeds them all from quality, service and value. The website is so easy to use and makes ordering a breeze. the fact that you can amend your order up to the day before is also a notch above other services.

you also get to pick the time for your delivery - right down the the hour and they call before they arrive to let you know they will be at your home

and did i tell you they have Farmboy!

and once there was a mistake with our order and they went above and beyond to correct it - more so than anything i have experienced in customer service

It took longer to pick up my order than it would have for me to simply walk around the store and get it myself. I was in the parking lot waiting for an hour. There was only 1 guy working and was very behind. This system was very disorganized and cannot compare to the Superstore’s level of service. Will never use Voila again!

During this pandemic I was forced to use a different platform for grocery delivery as this was not available. It finally became avaikable in my area and I will not use any other service. Voila is the one for me. Everything is packaged perfectly, salad kits & produce is deliver fresh! I love the phone call 5 minutes before arrival so my groceries do not sit on my porch melting or dropping into the unsafe temperature zone.

Amazing service, with great produce items. They let you know what items are not available for delivery times. When you subscribe to the monthly fee for delivery, all of a sudden produce items are not available on your days. It’s pretty ridiculous!
