These are only 1 point a slice, however, if you have 2 slices in a serving the points jump to 3. However, this bread is great! Doesn't taste any different than other name brand sliced breads. No one one know any different. The slices are slightly smaller and thinner, but again, they are only 50 calories.

Weight Watchers Bread is a diet-friendly bread that comes in many varieties such as white, whole wheat, and multigrain. In my opinion, all of them taste delicious. Available in thick and thin slices that (surprisingly!) taste better than majority of packaged breads. 1 PointsPlus value per slice, and the whole wheat/multigrain contain 2 grams of fibre per slice. The white bread is made with whole grains, so you get a lot the benefits without losing that white bread taste.

We used to buy this bread often. Unfortunately, it's hard to find in my area. Warning: this bread WILL become moldy if it's a few days past the due date, which is actually a positive as it isn't filled with preservatives.
