Wendy's has no idea what a fluffy baked potato should be.

The baked potato I received from Wendy's was only half-baked, leaving it brittle, dry and tasteless. I cooked it for another 20 mins. at 400 in my oven, and then another minute in the microwave. Still tastes dry and old. I don't believe this was a fresh, healthy potato to begin with and I definitely will not be ordering this product again.
