Did the Job

received this in the mail as a sample, so I can't speak for price. As for quality, it made my hair soft and combable and smelled nice. I don't think I can really say that anything stood out about this conditioner. It did the job it was supposed to do. I didn't find it to be anything special that I would buy it over my regular brand.

It was very gentle on my hair, didn’t make it feel greasy or weighed down, I color my hair and it didn’t effect the color at all, would buy again!!!!!

Delicacy for my fine hair !!

What a wonderful treat for my hair trying the New #GarnierWholeBlends Oat Delicacy Conditioner that I totally loved and can't wait to purchase this product again. The soft combination of Oat Milk & Rice Cream was mildly scented and made my fine hair and scalp feel so wonderful and soft and is perfect for my fine aging hair. Thanks Garnier for another awesome product that I had the opportunity to try !!

Smells great feels better

New product it has a great smell to it and your hair feels amazing after using this and its duo shampoo. Highly recommend this. Whole blends shampoo and conditioners are my favs

My new favourite shampoo. I have very fine long soft hair, most shampoos grease my hair up by the second day but this shampoo was wonderful, it felt like it worked with my hair to leave it silky, smooth and light. It looks shiney and healthy. I also have sensitive scalp and this didn’t agitate it at all. Will definately buy again. I also like that there is no parabens in this product!

Hair feels strong and silky!

I have been using whole blends for awhile now . i love the different flavours of smells and the organic types. I will use this product for ever i use other conditioner and shampoos but i do love whole blends!

Yes i would but this again and again It leaves my hair silky and sift and i like the smell My hair doesnt have the frizzies anymore and all the color in my hair just shines now Love it

this saved my hair!!

i have died my hair since i was 10 im 26 now and my hair is so dry and damaged. i like to mix up my conditioner to see which one will work, i came across this gem and after 2 uses my hair is coming back to life! i can even dye my hair and this saves me every time! defiantly a must.

Perfect for my scalp!

I have very sensitive skin and my scalp is one of the worse places. I tried this shampoo and conditioner and was pleasantly surprised. My scalp has had no reaction whatsoever and my hair feels great!

Light conditioner that detangles and softens

This conditioner seemed too light weight for my curly hair but it detangled and softened my hair. My hair looked healthy and bouncy when it dried. It smelled great but the shampoo smelled slightly better. I will buy this conditioner again. It works well with the shampoo. I have happy lively hair after using Oat Delicacy.
