This honey has a light flavour and a very pleasant smell. It keeps a medium density at room temperature, not too liquid. The colour is fairly light. It's been opened for about 2 weeks now and i don't see it starting to crystallize yet at this point.

The packaging is glass jar with plastic top; there is a seal on the inside that you have to peel off to open the jar for consumption.

It's made in Canada. The manufacturer's web site states their honey is organic, non-gmo, vegetarian, kosher, gluten free, and unpasteurized.
