Pretty good

I got this for free in exchange for my honest review. Overall, this is a decent mascara. I prefer those who also lengthen my lashes in addition to volume. While waterproof, it did transfer a bit on my lower lash line (due to natural oils around the eye area), more than my regular non waterproof mascara. Removal was okay, but there was still some product left after double cleansing.

Good volume but bulky

Thanks @thisisbutterly and @yslbeauty for sending me the new YSL Lashclash Mascara to try out for a honest review.

Although the packaging is modern and premium looking, I feel that YSC really missed the mark with the sizing of the packaging as this is the largest mascara I have ever seen and is too large to put in your purse for a night out in my opinion.

This mascara claims 48 hours of extreme volume but I’m not sure who would ever need to wear their mascara for that long. It is also waterproof, heat-proof & sweat proof so looking forward to testing this out more in the summer. The mascara lasted a full day of wear and it was difficult to get off during my nightly skincare routine so agree that it is waterproof.

The formula was thick and the Double-Conical brush wand was large which made it more difficult to apply. I understand that this is intended to hold more formula so you can do multiple coats and provides up to 400% buildable volume. I typically only do two coats with any mascara so this is how I compared it to other mascara I typically use. I did like the mascara and it did provide volume but I’m not sure that I would truly use this mascara to its full buildable potential.

Although this brand is premium and the price tag speaks for itself, I did not see a major difference between other drugstore brands mascaras to justify purchasing this mascara in the future.

Great mascara!!

Love the YS Lash Clash mascara, no clumps. Very voluminizing, lengthening and water proof. I definitely would recommend this mascara, it’s way bigger then most mascaras and it’s beautiful to look at!

Ysl lash clash mascara

I really liked the packaging right off the bat! Very simple , elegant and clean. The brush is the second thing I noticed it had thicker bristles for more coverage on the lashes vs the smaller ones. The formula is good , I feel I May have applied to much and would only do tío coats next time. It lasted all day and came off with alot of makeup balm. It's definitely waterproof! Lol overall I enjoyed the product

Yves St-Laurent Lashclash review. I love it, it’s easy to apply, waterproof and great quality. In the video one eye has the mascara and the other one doesn’t. It definitely makes a big difference! My lashes are naturally straight pointing somewhat down but the mascara gave them volume and makes them look fuller too. Love this mascara

Absolutely loved this mascara!! It goes on so smooth and with just a single coat you are ready to go. This lengthened my lashes and added so much volume. Even after the whole day of wearing it my lashes still looked great. This will quickly become my everyday mascara.

Best Waterproof Mascara for volume and definition

This mascara is definitely a favourite of mine. The original non-waterproof Lash Clash has been my go-to for the last year, and this waterproof version that was gifted to me is also a winner. I love it because it holds the curl all day (I use a lash curler before applying), it doesn’t smudge, it doesn’t clump, and it gives my lashes fantastic volume and length. What’s there not to love?!

Lives to its name

Used this for a wedding and it definitely kept waterproof after crying at a wedding. It kept my curled lashes intact as well. In addition to being waterproof it was smudge proof and made my lashes look fuller ! Highly recommend

Elongates my lashes and last all day long

I really loved it.. I've tried different mascara, and this one is the best I have ever tried. I have very short and thin lashes. One of my insecurities is that i want my lashes to look fuller and longer. Since im not used to wearing fake lashes or extensions. so my only hopes is using a good mascara to help my dream lashes.
I'm so lucky to be gifted this mascara and got a chance to try it. It is easy to apply, elongates my lashes, and makes my lashes fuller. and lasts all day without smudging or clumping, so it gives you a good look, not like you have a black eye. LOL...And lastly It is easy to remove, and it doesn’t irritate my sensitive eyes.
