Sauna-proof Mascara!

The mascara comes in a fairly thick and long container. The raised, royal blue YSL symbol got me worried that the mascara was going to be blue in colour but it is black. The product smells bad but it's thick and coats the lashes with plenty of mascara and colour. The applicator has a lot of clumpy product on it but when applied to the eyelashes, it goes on smooth and is great for building up with no clumps. I was pleasantly surprised as I thought it would be going on thick and clumpy.
The package advises that the mascara is sauna proof in addition to heat and water - I stayed in for around 20 minutes before I overheated and my face got all red but the mascara did not smudge. I'm a huge fan of this mascara and very happy to have gotten a chance to use it!

Best for lengthening and vloumizing

The packaging in black with a blue logo is absolutely stunning and the thick wand coats all lashes beautifully, providing extreme length and curl.
I usually don't like using false eyelashes on a daily basis, but this YSL mascara is definitely a game-changer for me.
It holds my lashes in place all day long without any smudging, making it a must-have in my makeup routine

YSL Lashclash Mascara Waterproof delivers on its promise of long-lasting wear without flaking or smudging. I have very short lashes and the wand does a great job of coating every single lash. The mascara is buildable and I can't wait to try out the waterproof feature at the pool.

A new go to!

This YSL Lash Clash Waterproof mascara is unlike any other. Not only did it lengthen my lashes and make them more full, it also lasted all day without smudge or flaking.
The only downside, because it’s made for longevity, it is a bit tricky to get off at night. It takes a few washes and a really good makeup remover. But, to keep a polished look all day, it is worth the struggle to get it off.
All in all, I highly recommend YSL Lash Clash Waterproof Mascara. It is now one of my go to products!

This mascara was GREAT for my stubborn Asian Lashe

This is the perfect mascara even for stubborn lashes. The formula is built to hold the curl in my lashes all day, while maintain it's colour, and not smudging. Overall, this is a great mascara and worth the splurge since you get so much product out of it.

YSL Lash Clash Mascara.
It comes in quite a thick tube compared to other brands. I was a little nervous after seeing the brush that my lashes would be left clumpy, but I was so surprised at how smooth it went on my lashes! The before and after picture is with only one coat.
After wearing it all day, it didn’t smudge, fade, or flake off at all. I accidentally slept with it one night (I blame being an exhausted Mom 🤣) and it didn’t even smudge. It was still perfect the next morning!
Im really impressed with this mascara. I’d definitely buy it again and recommend it!!

I fell for the tag line

The tube is elegant and massive. I love the blue logo on matte black. While this is the biggest mascara I have ever held, it was easy to grasp and maneuver. 


I love the tapered shape, I got into the inner and outer corners with ease, and built up where needed. My lashes are naturally much thinner on my left. The Lash Clash built that side up to match the right without looking overdone. The mascara didn't smear, flake or clump all day. My eyes can be sensitive and felt great.

This is best removed with an oil-based product. Micellar will do it, but it takes more effort. My lashes looked and felt good after removal, like they had a lash spa day!

This is a mascara I will gladly invest in.

Great mascara!

I really like this mascara. The formula is waterproof which is great for canadian winter, especially when it’s cold and snowy and your eyes get watery. For me the only downside was the brush, as I prefer an hourglass shaped brush. Overall, still a great mascara.
