It's shit really and neither it's safe to use

I bought it after it was cleverly promoted to me as an anti-wrinkle solution blablabla. I used to use avene or other kinds of eye creams of that price category. And this time I decided to take this one, by yves rocher, which is two times cheaper. So, after a week of using it I found out that the skin around my eyes is now covered with some metal residue or I don't know what and wouldn't go away even with a make-up remover... what's there in the ingredients - who knows... cancelled it and bought a normal one in a farmacy.
