I love that Bath & Body Works locations always look so cheery and fun! The products are always displayed so nicely.
The staff are always available to assist, however, I have had some expereinces in which they were a bit pushy and insisted on a product. It even came to a point in which they took a product out of my hand, got a shopping bag and proceeded to put the product they thought I would like better. When I said that I was not sure, they said its a better deal. I have worked in retail before, and I understand customer service, but I think that sometimes the staff should be mindful of the customer's body language. I love that they are frequently circulating around if I need help or have a question, but sometimes, I just want to shop in peace, and they should understand that.
The semi annual sale is an excellent time to stock up on favourites.

I do not know why, but the sales associates here are so annoying! They constantly bother you even after the initial "Hi my name is ______, is there anything I can help you with?". I mean, I understand the primary pleasantry but if I respond "no", then why would they still bother me? Also, this is not just one store that does this; almost every single one I have been to has this problem.

On the merchandise side, the Slatkin & Co. candles they sell here are amazing! They smell awesome and last for hours! Totally worth it! Also the deals are insane here (in a good way haha). They usually have Buy 3, get 3 free from time to time and even offer free (no purchase necessary) items during the holiday season and whenever they need to promote a new item.


Greats deals at great prices!

I went here around christmas time to find a good deal. The store was packed and they did have some really good deals at that time like 5 hand soaps for $5. They had some of the candles on as well but i find that they are a little over priced for the size it was like $25 for 1 candel. I did pick up some hand soap and did look around the store and they do have a wide selection of body mists and lip gloss. I would recommend this store to others but they are pricey for some stuff.
