The truth!

Dr.Adibfar my be extremely intelligent but unfortunately he is also arrogant and believes he is incapable of error. I had surgery with him (and for those writing amazing reviews and calling the rest competition I am calling you out! You are the ones posting false reviews!) If you chose to have surgery with him the results may be amazing because I am sure that he is capable but they also may be horrible. I guess that is the risk you take with any surgeon . I am not the happiest with my results and unfortunately there is absolutely, positively no after care! And don’t ask any questions or make negative comments because you will be scorned! Also what seems to be infuriating is that bad reviews are being removed off of real self, I thought that ratemeds was safe but reviews have also mysteriously disappeared. It is scary actually because so many women rely on reviews to make that final decision which can be extremely difficult and now we are completely left in the dark and only exposed to what the doctors want. There has to be a better way of validating reviews and allowing the factual ones to be posted. Hopefully this one will remain! Good luck on whichever surgeon you chose😊

WORST experience of my life.

I chose Dr.Adibfar based on the glossy headlines of 'Best Surgeon in Toronto' ..I could not have made a worse mistake in my entire life. My biggest regret is ever walking into his office. Dr. Adibfar charged thousands and thousands more than other surgeons and his work absolutely destroyed my appearance. Even worse than the results was his response- I was afraid to approach him as he is completely dismissive of patients who are unhappy ( I later found other negative reviews hidden, as others seem to also have been afraid to post about their experience). He blamed the results on me, rather than taking any accountability whatsoever for not only terrible aesthetic work but PAINFUL and permanent adhered scars from over-aggressive liposuction that he several times referenced. He operated on areas of my body I did NOT consent to which resulted in incredibly a large painful seroma that never fully healed and then came back at me to say 'well you signed a consent form' . His lack of responsibility for the poor work is so concerning to me that I do fully intend to file a formal complaint with the Board of Surgeons and am considering other legal avenues. PLEASE please do speak to actual patients - ask for their before and after photos. This is a very expensive game to play with your appearance , this destroyed my confidence forever and if I could do anything at this point it would be to go back in time and NEVER walk into that office. My face, breasts, and legs will never be the same- I can NEVER wear a bra, I am ashamed to show my face to my family as they commented it was 'ruined' and looked like I had 'mumps' after fat grafting, I went in wanting lifted breasts and ended up with heavy sagging unattractive and wide breasts that do not allow for a proper fitted bra, my legs are scarred, lumpy to the point I will NEVER wear shorts again, I will never wear a bathing suit again, and the worst of it all ...I paid a PREMIUM to look this horrible. Be more careful than I was, I dont want anyone to ever be in this position it is a terrible guilt and anger that I didnt hate my body before, took a chance on 'the best' surgeon and ended up with results so poor that I cant forgive myself for choosing him as my surgeon. He gets to move on, enjoy life, make more $$$, I have to live with his work *Forever*. It makes me feel sick to my stomach.

I am not sure if my review will be posted but I have to tell you that I was not happy with the results of Dr. Ali Adibfar job at all. It was expensive and not worth it. My eyes look different now. Doctor offered me to inject filler to cover his poor job! How unprofessional it is!
Once he receives a full payment from you, he is losing his interest
I would not recommend Dr. Ali Adibfar. Most of positive reviews comes not from his real patients.
