love baby/kid gap stores especially their outlet stores. back to school shopping made easy. great staff and always afforable. love it

Gap Kids/Baby Gap is one of my favorite stores for my little one. It's on the expensive side for baby clothes but they're reasonable if you get them on sale. Their quality is better than most brands. It's not a huge deal when your baby is small, but the payoff is better once their size becomes a bit more stable.

That being said, I find value in their 0-3 and 3-6 months sizes still. Their footed sleepers with the built in mitts are very handy for newborns who scratch/need to stay warm. I love how the colors stay vivid with washing - a bright red stays red, whereas a lot of other brands will fade before your little one outgrows the size. Cute and on-trend items along with classics.

The sizing is average but it runs a touch wider than other brands in my opinion. This works well for me, as clothes fit nicely over a cloth diaper.

I shop at Gap Kids quite a bit. I've got 3 nieces and 3 nephews. So about 12 times a year (6x b-day, 6x x-mas) I keep going back because I get alot of great feedback from my sisters about the quility of their clothes even after a year or two of washing. They have such a great selection of very trendy outfits that I never have a hard time finding something. I signed up for their newsletter so I always know when they have a good sale happening which is quite often.
