Jacek is one of my favourite chocolatiers in Edmonton. They are local. All of their chocolate is handcrafted from premium & ethically sourced chocolate. Their chocolate is always beautiful, regardless of whether it's in the form of a bar or a truffle that has been hand-painted! And the infusions are always adventurous and exciting!

The premium on these chocolates is well worth it, however. I’I am not a fan of most commercial chocolates that seem to contain a lot of filler ingredients and leave chocolates tasting artificial and the chocolate with a chalky, grainy texture. The chocolate from Jacek tastes pure and is super smooth.
