A nice store but often not much to pick from

I like the shoes that Payless carries but I do not like the layout of the store. Most of the shelves are very high up and you cannot reach anything and there isn't often an associate available to assist you. They also don't have many of a shoe in a size.

I love this store! The shoe selection is always plentiful, especially for the whole family. The prices are always cheap and the service I receive every time I go there is just phenomenal! The store is always neat and tidy and the staff are always so helpful and friendly.
