Grooming gone bad

I have to that the store is great the staff there are amazing and knowledgeable. The only problem is the people who do grooming they are not very accommodating or helpful and always seem to be very upset and very frustrated with their job. They may treat animals ok but there services need improvement. Example asking for a service should not be so difficult to get. We have a large dog and we are in need of a service that they do not like to do. I believe it’s just very inconvenient to them they seem very frustrated with doing this service. And also they rush the service with the dog. We understand that dealing with large dogs it can be difficult but we would appreciate that they just do the job and if they have a problem maybe this industry is not right for them. PetSmart has to a better job with hiring the right person these animals are family and we want them to be treated with respect and dignity. Maybe more training will help them. Just be aware that they may not be interested in doing their job well. Hopefully it changes.
