i have been a rogers wireless customer for many years and have currently 6 services with them. For the most part I like them but I find that not all there staff is educated on the same levels so you'll get a lot of different answers. Also find that sometimes I am treated like I matter and that I am a valuable customer and other times I feel that is not the case.
Thanks guys at the Eatons Centre Kiosk for taking time to sync all my information into my newly upgraded blackberry. I would have spent hours just trying to understand how to follow the directions, and they made it so simple!!
