Estee Lauder Clear Difference Complexion Perfecting BB Creme is part of the new Clear Difference line. Besides a serum and a targeted treatment, this fragrance-free BB cream with SPF 35 is supposed to neutralize redness as well as even out the texture. There are 3 shades available: light, medium and medium deep. I tried the light shade.
The consistency is between that of a tinted moisturizer and a thicker BB cream. It is easy to apply with fingers. The coverage is sheer. It evens out the complexion well. If you have any imperfections, it is time to bust your concealer out.
The shade works pretty well for my skin tone. I think those with light-to-medium to medium-dark skin tones might find a match more easily here. The finish is a satiny matte. I personally prefer to set it with a slightly mattifying powder to prolong wear time as well as keeping it matte for another bit longer. It wears well through the better part of the day, and I have to blot maybe once but that is normal. This is something I would happily wear as long as I don’t have to be out and about for more than 8 hours!
I like and foresee myself wearing Estee Lauder Clear Difference Complexion Perfecting BB Creme a lot. It is mattifying enough for summer, but not so mattifying that it starts looking powdery.
