The "Golden Hat Foundation" was created by Kate Winslet and Lancome has worked alongside her to create a limited edition make-up collection, which will be available for the holiday season. The "Golden Hate Foundation" includes several nail polishes in all-new shades. All these products are embossed with the foundation's logo and the actress' signature. This limited edition nail polish will be available in November 2011.
