I don't think I've ever had porchetta before, so I don't know how it's supposed to be. I just didn't like this at all. It's easy to cook though. Just take the wrapping off and put in oven. There a pop up thermometer inside it but it burried in the fat, so it didn't pop up. his was extremely salty, but unpleasant. It also stunk. It stunk up my whole place. I had a ton of it left over and every time I opened my fridge the scent would hit me. It was extremely fat.....a massive thick layer of fat all around it.
