    I love this app. I found that it keeps me on track every day and I love how I can track the food I eat and make sure I dont go over my calories every day. I love also how it has the weight loss option too

    I absolutely love this app ever since I was recommended it by my mother! You can keep track of all your meals, read blog posts and recipes, and connect with other MFP users from all walks of life. I especially love the aspect where you can do challenges and get badges when you complete them. It's great for keeping you on track of a healthy lifestyle and motivation.

    I want to talk about the community aspect especially. You can make forum threads about different diet or fitness questions which I find extremely helpful since it can be a confusing topic. You can also add friends who help keep you on track by holding you accountable to your goal. They also motivate you on those particularly tough days. I highly recommend this app if you are trying to get into a healthy lifestyle but have no idea to start. Trust me, you won't regret it!

    I absolutely love this app - I have been using it for a couple of years and it helped me lose 25 pounds! I really like how you can find almost any food item in their directory, upload your recipes and see all the nutritional breakdown so if you're trying to cut back on sugar you can tell how much you are consuming. I recently also got a fitbit, and it connects to that and gives me my calorie intake/burn ratio. I highly recommend it!

    This is a great app. It provides many tools to help you maintain a healthier life style. And it also ties in with other health/fitness apps to give you a really large array of tools to use. It great how you can have your exercise routine automatically uploaded and calculated into your daily log.

    Love this app! Use it all the time to manage my calories and carbs. Super easy to use and read and doesn't have a ton of ads like other apps do ! The basic version is free, I havent tried the pay per month version but I know that starting on this app will be life changing for your health! Super easy to use and easy to stay on track using

    I found this app to be very helpful in keeping track of calories and nutrients throughout the day. It really puts into perspective the amount of food you are used to consuming, as well as portion sizes and the amount of water you drink daily. I especially liked that it warns you if you are close to reaching your maximum daily intake or if you've been neglecting certain vitamins or minerals. It allows you to reflect on what changes are needed and help you with weight loss or just general wellbeing. The food repertoire is extensive so there's no difficulty in finding the foods you're looking for. Very convenient to have in order to live a healthy lifestyle.

    even if there are other health apps out there, I will still use this app. It worked for me when I tried to lose weight. This app together with a few workout videos helped me lose 45lbs. I have learned a lot using this app and also have met a few people with the same health or fitness goals. It's an amazing community. I also love the scanning feature they have to add the products. Makes entering meals or ingredients easy. It also connected with my Fitbit so it made entering my calories burned for the day easier.

    This is a great app if you want to keep track of you daily food intake! you can print off daily reports if you want a hard copy you can add everything throughout your day into it. if you don't know where to start you enter in you goals and weight and it will figure out your macros for you in order for you to reach you health and fitness goals while watching what you eat.

    This is a great (and free) app! It makes you accountable for the things you eat and encourages you to exercise! It didn't work for me as I got too obsessed with it and wasn't eating enough/ exercising too much so I made my self stop using it before I got too sick-- So if you are using it don't get too competitive with yourself- just use it as a guide! :)
