I have been hearing about these "diets" for years and decided to try it. What a big mistake.

Firstly, the price is crazy. I know that we are getting actual food, but wow! that is a serious amount of money to pay out - especially since you STILL Have to pay for staples such as milk, fruits and veggies. Secondly, the food comes in containers that need to be microwaved (which makes sense) but it looks to me like army rations. However, the biggest issue is the taste - most of it tastes like cardboard. It was horrible.

The only good point - they do offer a wide variety of food choices - but since, in my case, I could not actually eat most of it, it was irrelevant. Also, these diets are based on being able to moderate your own food intake - i.e. if you choose to eat 4 of the deserts at a time (which were the only edible things to eat in my opinion) then you were eating 4 deserts at a time - which defeats the purpose of course.

Overall - not a good experience for me at all.
