I have a chronic neck injury and Obusforme contoured pillow was my saving grace up until a recent upgrade.
It was a lifesaver for me and was the only thing that seemed to provide me with enough comfort to get to sleep at night.
It's a firm, pressure sensitive cervical pillow which is designed to ergonomically support the natural alignment of your neck. It helped reduce my neck pain as well as reducing the stiffness I would feel in the morning.
The best part is that it is very light weight.
After re-injuring myself I had to upgrade to a mediflow pillow. I really miss how lightweight my Obusforme was. I use it now whenever I travel.

I have two collapsed discs in my neck that were causing my arms, legs and sometimes both to fall asleep when I was sleeping with my old chipped foam pillow. So when I saw this Obusform contoured pillow I thought I’d give it a try. I was always a belly sleeper and only slept on my side’s, or belly for years. So I wasn’t sure if this pillow would be right for me. Well it was, the first night I used it I wasn’t awaken by my limbs falling asleep and had gotten my first good night sleep in over a year. I found that the pillow is firm, but also soft enough that you can cuddle up with it and sleep how ever you like. I also found it comfortable enough for me to start sleeping on my back. Now that’s the only way I can get to sleep. The Obusform Contoured Pillow has a zip off cover that can be washed and dried then zipped right back on, so it’s also just as easy as any other pillow to keep clean. It’s contoured making it higher on the top then on the bottom or witch ever way you find it works best for you. I bought mine at WalMart, but they can be found pretty much any where pillows are sold. Some are thicker then others and have different color covers, so it depends on your liking as to witch one would be right for you. They also sell for different prices depending on the type you buy because there are different types on the market. If you have neck problems like I do, then why not give one a try.
