Pandora Radio

I love this site! You can customize your own radio station, which is great, because I love everything from AC/DC to Death Cab For Cutie, to Nine Inch Nails. Yes, you have to sit through ads from time to time, for it's well worth it.

I love this site! It has little known artists and songs you can make multiple stations then if you want you can mix them together. Smooth Jazz/Pop Anyone? It’s free and has very few ads. I can’t tell it to never play a certain song ever again or just not for a month. I love that it doesn’t slow down my internet either so I can have it going all the time no matter what I’m doing.

I think pandora is quite possibly the neatest thing on the internet (second to chickadvisor that is!) You create your own "radio" station by imputing your favourite artists and songs and it makes what really is the ultimate playlist. It finds artists and songs that are like what you choose so you get to hear songs you already know and find new music. Best of all it is free!

You simply type in the name of a song or artist or genre that you like and they scour their database for music that resembles your request and then build you a play list of music from the requested artist as well as those that are similar.
