I don;t like cocomut water of any brand. Supposed to be healthy but...yuck!
I prefer natural tasting coconut water, in the purest form so nothing added. This one is great because its not made from concentrated (less processing) and no sugar added which was very important. I like the taste and its very refreshing. It is 50 cal for 250 ml, with 4% sodium, 13% potassium and 4% calcium. Definitely prefer this over Gatorade or other electrolyte providing drink.
