March’s Theme

Items Included
•Connection to Self Journal – I’ve been taking a little time each day to write down my thoughts, feelings, loves, dislikes, memories and dreams. Writing in a journal has helped me relive stress from the day. I really love this journal and the cover was really pretty.
•Sweet Sister’s Lavender Bubble Bath – I love the smell of this lavender bubble bath. The bubble bath really helped me relax and relive stress after a long day.
•Sweet Sister’s Lavender and Vanilla Lotion Stick – I really love the smell of this lotion. I put it in my purse so, I can use it throughout the day to moisten my hands.
•Cotton Hanging Lights – I hung the lights up in my room and they look so pretty. I turn on the lights at night so, I can relax , write in my journal, and do yoga poses.
•Yoga Pose Cards – Every month, each box includes two yoga pose cards. On the back of the cards, there is a list of strengths and benefits that each yoga pose can give you. I love the cards because I get to learn more poses.
•To-do List Notepad – I love this notepad because I can write down what I need to do each day and not have to stress about remembering everything.
•Woven Yoga Mat Holder – I really needed a yoga mat holder and I’m glad I received one this month! The yoga mat holder is so pretty.
•Cuff by Amy Waltz Designs – This cuff is so pretty! The engraving on the bracelet says, “be. the. light.” The card that came with the cuff says, “Your piece calls attention to your inner spirit. The design offers subtle reminders of the importance of awakening the mind, body and spirit and sweetly touches on the beauty of sculpting a peaceful, accepting heart. Whether your piece delicately rings, flows in the wind or just rests beautifully upon you, it’s meant to remind you of your strength, beauty, power, and loving kindness.”
•Buddha Chocolate Coconut Butter Cup – All of Buddha Chocolate’s products are organic, fair trade, vegan, paleo friendly, dairy free, soy free, gluten free, and non-GMO. I’m allergic to many things so, I’m glad this coconut butter cup is vegan, soy free, gluten free, and dairy free. This coconut butter cup was really good!
