Cobs Bread - Toronto

We were in the mood for some fresh pasteries when we came across COBS Bread in The Bloor West Village area. This was one of the few bakeries open on Thanksgiving Day. As soon as you walk in you are hit with fresh baked bread - love that smell! Everything is made fresh and on location. If you love baguettes then this is the place for you! Their pain au chocolat is very crispy and buttery and you could taste the quality of chocolate. Their cinnamon buns are cinnamon-y and sinfully drenched in icing - sugar rush! We also tried a chocolate scone which my son loved very much (he chose it). The girls were very friendly and surprising perky for working on a holiday! Definitely will be returning!
