I read all the review in their website, so thought I will go there. Well, it was almost empty, and I had the appointment with "Master Stylist" Danilo. He said he can't change my color, only can match - I can live with it - so dark brown it remains. After the wash, we go for the cut. I already mentioned, I wanted a layered cut . So, he starts cutting, however, after few min, he starts putting moose in my hair. I was surprised and asked if he is done cutting my hair. He says no - well, I assume he knows what he is doing. So, he dries my hair and starts cutting it again. Now, I have told him - I wanted a very low maintanance cut - so he is telling me how I have to put moose or get everytime and use heat to set my hair - now what happened to low maintanance part- I don't know. Once he is done, he is asking me how happy I am - well I looked at my hair and thought - what is this. Then my mom who came with me that day - pointed out that there were some strands of hair longer and sticking out at the back. So he just snips them off. Next day I go to work - and every one starts asking me what happened to my hair. All I could do is hope my hair grows back soon. Stay away from this place!!!!!!!!!!!!
