These really work, I take them for just about everything! Headache, back pain, muscle and joint pain, cramps, they work on it all and it doesn't take long to feel the effectiveness :)

Completely effective. I strained my knees at a construction sight doing some heavy lifting. This medication saved me, to continue helping the crew finish the job, and I was able to function without the pain of the strain.

I get terrible migraines regularly and this is the only pain killer that actually gives me some relief from them. The feeling of a migraine slowly resolving is such a wonderful feeling, and that usually comes about 40 minutes from taking these. They usually only last about 2 to 2 1/2 hours though.

I love everything about this product except for the shape. I find I can feel it going all the way down my throat but it is worth it because they work very quickly.

I am a chronic pain sufferer and take a wide variety of pain meds on a daily basis. This is such an amazing pain reliever to cut that pain down. Works really fast, I use these every moth for my monthly cycle and this is the only relief I get. Love this product and this brand. A must have in my first aid kit.

These work really well but I am not a fan of the shape. For some reason I find these harder to swallow in comparison to the classic pills. I will use the pack I have but will likely go back to a different shaped pill next time.

Having been a chronic migraine sufferer for over 10 years, this is the only over the counter medication that can help stop my migraines in its tracks! My migraines are usually brought on by food triggers, and while I avoid those like the plague (because who wants a migraine?!?!) sometimes I can't always 'read the label'. Who knew Skor bars had almonds? Oh, I did. But only after I ate one...
Anyway, this stuff is my best friend and I will keep reaching it in times of need.

This is the only product I use when I have headaches or body aches. Works extremely fast,unlike other brands. Truly a brand I trust, which is why I always have them in stock.

Advil extra strength Advil has worked awesome for me with everything from toothaches to cramps to headaches. It does seem to be a little bigger pill and if I don't have enough water feels like it might get stuck in my throat. But I think it's just me. I have a hard time swallowing pills. But works really really good.

I use these Advil extra strength liquid gels more than anything else my boyfriend and I feel they work the best for headaches or any aches for that matter. These are a little expensive but we usually don't have to repeatedly retake these a couple does the trick. I will say that I have to take these with a snack because they tend to upset my stomach.
