For me, I find this fast acting enough but not long lasting as I thought. I'm not saying it's not good; just that I found it to be not the relief I wanted.

This stuff works immediately and lasts for a long period of time. I often have jaw pain and rub it on my jaws before bed and it lasts long enough for me to be pain free and able to fall asleep easy. I love it, it even tastes good in your mouth.

It worked pretty fast and I had no discomfort for about 6 or 7 hours before I had to reapply it. Would buy it again.

The only oral anesthetic that works fast and effectively. Much more pleasant taste than most other brands. Very long lasting relief!
