Great quality product

I waited a bit to review this product because let’s be honest, you don’t see true effects until a full month of taking something consistently. After now taking it consistently for a month, I am very happy to say it’s helped me greatly.

I am in perimenopause and suffer from almost monthly cold sores due to my fluctuating hormones. I’m happy to say it has helped prevent!

Appears to work well

AOR states they provide a clinically effective dose of L-Lysine that helps reduce the recurrence, severity and healing time of cold sores. The capsule was easy to swallow and didn't have any ill effects. I didn't experience any cold sores while taking it. It is hard to say if it was their product or not but it appears to help and work. They were easy to incorporate into my day to day.

This was gifted to me by AOR and i look forward to trying it. It's an essential amino acid and helps with so many things in our bodies. Since I don't eat red meat it is something I could be lacking.

Great suplement

L-Lysine, by AOR, is an amino acid that helps reduce the recurrence, severity and healing time of cold sores. It also helps in collagen formation.
The L-Lysine is an amino acid that the body can not produce by itself and needs a supplement to help produce that can be found as a pill or in some food.
This product is vegan, Non-GMO and gluten free.
For usages adults age 18 and older should take 2 pills 3 times a day for at least 6 months. I'm taking it, and so far despite the cold winter only mild colds.
It is a Canadian brand.

Good

I have been taking these L-Lysine capsules for while now since I received as part of free trial. They seem to be helping with stopping cold sores. This time of year is always difficult with them. I have found as this helps with collagen formation has helped my skin. Thank you for chance to try this and will hopefully be able to continue using.
