Chios Mastica for indigestion relief

I’ve been testing out AOR Mastica Chios for a week to see if it could help soothe my occasional heartburn and stomach discomfort. Since AOR is Proudly Canadian and known for products backed by science, I was really excited to give this natural gum resin a try.
For me, it’s been a solid 3 out of 5 stars. On the positive side, it’s a clean, high-quality formula, the capsules are easy to swallow, and it definitely provides some mild, soothing relief for light indigestion. However, the results have been a bit hit-or-miss. While it’s great for daily support, it didn't quite cut it for me when a more severe flare-up hit.
