I was quite happy to have received this product to try in exchange for my honest opinion, as I sometimes get heartburn when I eat late, and the usual calcium tablets don't work. These are little capsules that you swallow. It works in about half an hour. I love that it's made from sustainably sourced natural ingredients and it's a Canadian brand. The only negative is that it's quite expensive.

Great product

I’ve been trying the AOR Mastica Chios capsules recently, especially on days when I deal with heartburn or that uncomfortable heavy feeling after eating. I like that it’s sourced from Greece and made with mastic gum resin from the Pistacia lentiscus tree. The capsules are vegan, non-GMO, and gluten free, which is a plus for me.
What stood out to me is how gentle it feels compared to some other products I’ve tried. It’s easy to add into my routine and definitely something I’d keep on hand for digestive support. Also love that AOR is a proudly Canadian brand backed by science.

Effective but too expensive

As someone who enjoys both coffee and spicy foods, I’m no stranger to indigestion and heartburn.

AOR Mastica Chios supplements are made in Canada and are vegan, non-GMO, and gluten-free. Derived from the Pistacia lentiscus tree, Mastica Chios is traditionally used to help relieve symptoms of heartburn.

The capsules are easy to swallow and leave no aftertaste. I found them to be effective in easing discomfort associated with indigestion and heartburn, with
relatively fast results.

That said, the price point is too high for me. So despite their effectiveness, I likely wouldn’t purchase them in the future.
