Clean ingredients and good for preventing migranes

I’ve been trying the AOR Migraine Manager lately and one thing I really like is that AOR is a trusted Canadian brand. I also love that the formulas are all vegan, non-GMO, and gluten-free. Its interesting how this supplement combines magnesium, vitamin B2, and botanicals like feverfew, rosemary, and vinpocetine to help support migraine prevention but also brain function, cognitive health, and to help relax head and neck muscles as well as nausea during migraines. For me personally, it wasn’t something that completely stopped active migraines, but supplements work differently for everyone and can take time and consistency depending on the person especially when its holistic I still enjoyed trying it out and appreciate the thoughtful formula and ingredients behind it!

A promising product

I was excited to try the @aorhealth Migraine Manager supplement. I have been using it for a week and although it has only been a week I have not had a migraine. I have been dealing with migraines for a long time and I have never tried a supplement before. Looking forward to seeing if this supplement helps prevent migraines.

Power Pack of Ingredients

I love the combination of ingredients in this supplement.
Its easily ingestible and gentle on the stomach.
I have only been using it for a week so unfortunately unable to determine its effectiveness yet, but hopeful as a migraine sufferer the only thing that has been successful for me is a very expensive prescription medicine.

Great Supplement
