Nice blend of Chardonnay, Riesling and Pinot Grigio. The Riesling to add floral notes, the Chard for body, and the Pinot to add fruit flavors. Crisp finish. Perfect with fish or salad. A nice warm-weather wine. Mix a bottle (750 mls) of Apothic White, a bottle of Gingerale (750 mls), add some lemon and lime slices and raspberries for a lovely, refreshing Sangria. Yum!!
