Plus un hydratant

Je n’ai pas trouvé que ce produit ressemblait à un masque mais plutôt un hydratant... j’avaIs l’impre d’avoir mis mon hydratant habituel et n’ava Pas l’impres d’un masque. C’eSt correct mais pas extraordinaire...

Interesting product

I have never tried a product like this before and I thought the silicone applicator was great. However, I found the smell too overwhelming to wear overnight. I did however notice that my skin was smooth and soft when I washed it off the next morning. If you're not sensitive to smells this would be a great mask for you.

Tooooo fragrant

While the concept of this product is nice, I don’t like the applicator it comes in nor do I like the smell. The fragrant is super strong on this one and the product doesn’t feel as nice as other sleeping masks I’ve tried. I wouldn’t recommend it. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion.

What a mess

Used twice weekly. Very messy, use a brush to apply. Not much difference in my skin. My skin has been dryer than usual w use. Used all month twice week.

Sleepy-Time Mask

Aveeno Positively Radiant MaxGlow No-Mess Sleep Mask, made with soy and kiwi complex, is an overnight face mask that will hydrate your skin while you sleep so that you wake up to dewy, radiant skin. I was given this mask to test and review, for free, by Chickadvisor.
Gladly, this mask really did live up to its claims of being hypoallergenic. I am very sensitive to smells and a lot of skincare products irritate my skin. But, this face mask didn't bother my skin at all, yay! The scent is light and rather like tropical fruit.
The applicator for this mask is smart. It's a silicone paddle, attached to the tube the mask comes in, that you can turn to open and close the applicator. You squeeze it and the mask comes right out the end of the paddle, which you then use to spread the mask over your face. That's where the no-mess part is comes in because you dont actually have to touch your face at all to apply the mask.
Once the mask has set, you can't really see it, but you can feel it a bit if you touch your face. It doesn't feel greasy or sticky. It has this kind of suedy-type feel to it.
In the morning, the mask easily washes off of your face with water and cleanser.
After using this mask several times, I can honestly say that, well, I really didn't notice any difference in the appearance of my skin. I did not find it to be any more dewy or radiant looking than it was before I started using the mask. I don't really think my skin felt any different either - as in smoother, more hydrated, etc.
Therefore, sadly, no I wouldn't buy this product in future and I would likely recommend it to anyone either.

Hydrating, but itchy and sticky...

My face is super dry during the winter so I was super happy to try this night mask. I applied it just before going to bed, it is easy to apply with the little applicator, you have to turn the knob to "On", it is nice that I did not need to put my fingers in a pot to scoop out the mask, I find that unsanitary.
After a couple of minutes my face was itchy and felt sticky, so I had to remove it. Could not stand to wear it all night while I was sleeping, so I did not really like it. I would recommend it as a normal 10-15 minutes mask that you remove after, to wear it all night would be impossible for me.
My skin was more hydrated after using it so I would say it is a mission accomplished for me, but not a really good night mask since I can't tolerate it all night. Thanks to ChickAdvisor and Aveeno for choosing me to try this product for free.

Sans gâchis!

Je suis contente d'avoir pu essayer ce nouveau produit, mais je ne suis pas certaine à quel point je l'apprécie réellement. Ce masque sans gâchis l'est certes, mais je me demande à quoi sert l'applicateur. Je crois qu'il aurait été plus simple de l'appliquer avec nos doigts comme les autres masques.
Pour sa fragrance, elle est super. Le kiwi est certainement dans ma palette!
Lorsque j'ai rincé mon visage le lendemain matin, ma peau était soyeuse.

Pas fait pour moi

J’adore les masques et je m’en fais plusieurs par semaine et les masques de nuit sont de mes préférés ( un petit côté paresseux). Au matin pas besoin de rincer seulement enlever le surplus. Malheureusement ce masque a asséché ma peau autour et sur le nez. Mais le reste de ma peau était superbe!

Pros & Cons..

I received Aveeno Positively Radiant MAXGLOW No-Mess Sleep Mask complimentary from ChickAdvisor! This mask helps replenish moisture and even skin’s tone and texture, much like the Infusion Drops are said to do. With their no-mess paddle applicator, it helps your hands stay clean while applying. I usually apply my face masks with a brush, so I don’t worry about my fingers getting dirty, but this built-in applicator only meant less cleanup for me!

I think of all the products in this collection, this one is my most mixed review. The paddle does what it’s supposed to, but it just doesn’t work well with me. It’s hard to get an even layer on your face, and super tricky to use around the grooves of my face (nose, chin, around eyes). I ended up going around my face with my fingers to spread it evenly. It dried within 20 minutes and wasn’t noticeable any longer. The other problem I faced was that I ended up scratching my nose about 30 minutes later and noticed the sleep mask was rubbed off in the process. I thought perhaps because it was still “fresh” that it was doing this, but in the morning my face looked like I had dandruff all over it! It even got in my hair line and wasn’t super easy to wash off – I had to use a face cloth to make sure I got it all off. Now, the good news.. my skin actually looks and feels SO moisturized. It’s been about 4 hours since I woke up and it still looks great, even with makeup over it. Is the hassle worth the end result?

Texture is not that great

The first thing I liked about this is the scent. When I applied it on my face, it was ok but after a few hours, it doesn't feel like it's sticking. I touched my face and the mask is kind of peeling. I've had other leave-on mask and it feels thick when you apply it but the following morning, it feels so smooth. But with this one, it feels sticky. It's a pass for me.
