Too Light of Coverage!

I like most things bareMinerals, however this foundation is not one of them. I find powder foundation in general is not my thing, it is too dusty and the coverage is minimal and often underwhelming. This one falls in that category. Underwhelmed by the results from application!

Great product!

I got this product as a present and I was amazed how great it looks on my skin. I use it everyday and had no problems with my previously problematic skin. My make up stays in place all day thanks to this!

Not for me

I didn't like this product. It goes on well but for me it settles into the light wrinkles and exaggerates them after a while. Its light on the skin and build able but i could not get the correct coverage i wanted for this.

Great color

I really love the feeling of this make up. It looks great going on. The only concern I have is how long it stays. I feel like I have to reapply after a few hours and I don’t like that.

Great!

This is the make up I use on full make up days, I use it along with the concealer from this line. It is medium/full coverage, but still feels lightweight. Very effortless to put on and last a long time! I have had for over 3 months, I wear makeup 2-4 times a week and I haven’t even hit pan yet on any of the products I have.

My go to foundation

I love this product so much! I use it everyday, as an everyday foundation. It's great for combination skin. I tend go get very oily using powdered foundation, and this product has not let me down. I very much recommend this foundation for someone who wants a light/medium/full coverage. It is a buildable foundation. And it is amazing!!

Not worth it

This foundation was color matched to my skin, but was still very orange. It provided okay coverage, but the wear-time was not great. By the end of the day it did not look good. I would most likely not repurchase this foundation

BareMinerals barePRO Performance Wear Powder

This blends very well and is very soft. The color is great, too. My only issue with it is that it does wear off a bit after awhile, and the coverage (after it settles in) is less than I needed (I have some scarring by my temples, and some blemishes). It was an easy fix with a light layer of B.B. cream underneath, but I had been hoping, based off of the reviews and advertising, that the coverage would have been better. That being said, I do have acne-prone, oily, sensitive skin (a ridiculous combination), and this has not exacerbated anything which is usually my biggest problem. I'll more than likely continue buying it because it has been the closest product to what I've needed for years.

BOTTOM LINE Yes, I would recommend

I have tried this product years ago and while i like it very much because i hate the other stuff on the market, it just was not doable financially for me. i have found something else that works better for my pocket book and is actually natural.

Being a Bareminerals/Bare Escentuals customer for years I'm always excited to see new creations. I'm smitten with this new ingenious creation from the wizards at BareMinerals. I love the option to build my coverage from light to full and it's so simple to apply,I also want to add the finish in my opinion looks like I applied tinted mineral veil so if you like you can totally skip the mineral veil or finishing powder with this, also I've tried Bareminerals Bare Pro with and without primer and concealer and I think it looks just as good with or without either. I've also added a little bareminerals bare pro to my regular day time moisturizer making my own tinted moisturizer this product works in all sorts of ways and I'm so glad bareminerals/Bare Escentuals came up with it and I can't wait to see what they'll come up with next.The color chart is pretty accurate as well in the regular bareminerals foundation my color is medium dark and in the bareminerals bare pro powder foundation I purchased Hazelnut which is a perfect match,I hope this helps anyone who may be interested in trying the new bareminerals bare pro.
