Aside from the obvious health benefits, I love BECEL Canola and Sunflower Oil. It has a light canola/sunflower blend that is balanced. The price; although priced higher than expected, is acceptable and accessible to most. The quality is excellent, as is all Becel products. I recommend this product and will continue using it too.
