I use this oil for both cooking and baking. I find the price stream line and taste the same. I prefer Becel over other brands as it is my go to for margarine as well. It is definitely a trusted family brand as well as a great product. This is another product though, that I wouldn't go through a whole bottle in a year. So I don't purchase it often.

i just bought this the other day ...i like it ..i usually only buy sunfloer oil but this will do in a pinch ...i like that it is light and not heavy ..very close to just sunflower oil..the taste is very good and light also

I like Becel products. This one is great for baking. I also use the Becel Buttery spread, that is why I did try this oil. It works perfect for all my baking. I have also used it to do some frying. I would buy this again.

Istarted to use Becel Products by request of my Dr. At first. Now i use them because of taste and life change. I love sunflower oil for cooking so am happy to use Becel Canola and Sunflower Oil.

I love this oil. It is a good quality oil that I use in my Acti-Fry. I bought it purely because the bottle is aesthetically pleasing but the product inside is quite good as well!

We are generally a Becel margarine household, however on a whim we bought the Becel Canola and Sunflower Oil and love it. We will definitely be getting this product again.

I much prefer sunflower oil over vegetable oil for my cooking, so this is one of my go to oils, especially when cooking eggs. It has a nice, light flavour that doesn't interfere with the the delicate flavour of an omelette or frittata. It cooks well and you don't have to use a ton to get a good result.

I love that with this oil, I'm doing the right thing for my and my husband's health as it's better for you than fatty, heavy oils.

this canola and sunflower oil is perfect when needed in baking!! we use this to fry all kinds of differant foods...nice and light ..i find some other brands heavy ...this oil is the only one i use if its on sale...it is pricier than most but it is worth the cost!!!
