This oil is the best, it makes my fries crispy and its great in my pastas, my pasta doesnt stick together....and when I use rice noodles i can never find an oil that helps separate the noodlles whithout having to pour a whole bottle and feeling gross after you eat it....I find this oil is light and doesnt make me feel like crap after i eat deep fried foods

Let me start by saying I love Becel. I find it a lighter flavor not heavy oil. I use it in my baking and cooking. I like the fact its healthier. I have never had nay problems using Becel in my baking. My products come out light fluffy and taste ever so good.

Becel canola and sunflower oil is a product that I use regularly for all my baking, cooking and salad recipes. The fact that it has Vitamin E, is low in saturated fat, is non hydrogenated and is cholesterol free is a bonus.

My favourite cooking oil! It has a really good taste to it in food. Its not the cheapest but also not crazy expensive. It seems to be a healthier alternative to some other too, so thats a bonus.
