100% OF CHICKS DIG IT
I know a lot of people do not fancy liver, but it is high in iron and can be quite tasty. I think most people tend to cook it too fast or too long, thus it's hard and unsavory to the palette. I cook it slowly and when I serve it I top it with mushroom soup,onions,mashed potatoes and veggies. It really does make a good supper
