Not a fan

I ussually love benefit products but this was not for me.It was a cool concept but first off when i tried to use it the product wouldnt come up and the packaging was dificult.Then i found that it was extremely difficult to use and was patchy.I tried it multiple times to give it a chance but no matter how hard i tried i coudnt get the wing right.Im not sure if this was because it was a sample but i didnt like it and im glad that i hadnt purchased it otherwise i think i would have been even more dissapointed.

Terrible!

I was so disappointed when I used this product, as Benefit usually has good quality makeup! It took forever for the eyeliner to actually start coming out of the tip, and then I found it to be dry and crumbly to the point where it would just kind of fall off the tip during application. It did not give a smooth line and I found that it was just a lot of work. If you try and warm it up it does apply more easily, but not all of the time. Overall I think that this was a good idea but in the end it just did not work out as well as I had hoped.

Good god! The purple liner gave me a terrible reaction. As soon as I put it on my eyes started burning. It was so bad, the next day they were crusted over with pus. I don't know what it was, but something in that colour did not agree with me. No issues with the black liner. I did get a refund, so all is well.

was not impressed with this product at all. I ended up getting two free ones to try. I still haven't opened my second one yet. it took for ever to pump out. came out in clumps and flaked off through out the day.

I'm a huge fan of the Benefit They're Real Mascara but this product was a huge disappointment to me... I was super excited to try something I've never seen in an eyeliner before: gel in pen form! I found this product hard to distribute without wasting and having to retry. As for application, I felt as if it was only useful for my wing and was too awkward and bulky to use on the lash line. The only good thing I have to say about the product is the pigmentation....however the rest of the cons make this product a total NO

UGGGG I hated this product so much, it is awkward to use and the actual eyeliner balls up when applying. The only way I could use it was to squish some out onto a brush, so I might as well just buy a pot of gel eyeliner. This was so not for me at all!!!

The gel eyeliner was the real disappointment here. While the design is very innovative it does not work for me. I found it hard to create a clean wing and even harder to apply. I have quite sensitive eyes and to get this eyeliner to show nicely I had to press quite hard and even then it was not very dark. I was going to take a picture of it on my eye but it was simply too rough. It claims to be waterproof and last for 24 hours which I can see. I applied it to my hand and started rubbing, it wouldn't budge one bit but did fade a little.

I don't know if I had a faulty/dried out one but it was horrible. I'd have to turn the end about 20 times to get some product on the end 3 minutes later. Because it was so dry it was hard to apply unlike the demo one in-store. I did like its staying power but it was too much effort to get it on and looking decent.

For this price, I expected better. Slick packaging with its pen application that you use to twist out product. I found the texture crumbly, which made it difficult to apply. The product didn't stay on my eyes and I found it smudged around my eyes. There are many better eyeliners out there, at cheaper price points even in the drugstore brands. Save your dollar bills and pass on this product. There's no shortage of eyeliner choices out there, and this one's not worth the money. More gimmicky marketing than good product.

I am so disappointed about this eye liner! I love their mascaras and was very excited to try this eyeliner but it plain sucks. The application is very easy but the eyeliner dries up and clogs the applicator. So it is useless.
