Quick and Easy

We have used these in the past when in a pinch and I don't feel like waiting for potatoes to boil. I prefer the Roasted Garlic flavor over the plain. They are so quick and easy to cook as a side dish, and taste almost as good as home made mashed potatoes. I have cheated and used the instant in shepards pie, it wasn't the same so I will not do that again. The only let down for me is that I don't find it tastes as good reheated the next day, I find it has a mild chalky like flour taste.

These aren't to bad, if your looking for something quick and affordable to make that tastes close enough to potatoes. They have a few different flavors, I wouldn't reccomend the garlic kind as they are to salty.
