This is one of the few lip care products that actually makes a difference on my chapped lips! Plus it gives a soothing and cooling sensation. Must have if you have dry, cracked or sore lips

I only use this when I have really chapped lips. I find it helps my lips heal a lot faster. Once my lips aren't damaged anymore, I switch out to a different lip balm. I find that when my lips are only somewhat dry, this ointment dries them out more quickly. But when they're cracked they help a lot.

This did nothing for my lips.. I'd apply, it would sting my lips, then I'd have to reapply it again. Did not moisturize or help my chapped lips at all!

Living on the east coast, we get some pretty drying winds in the fall and winter. We enjoy walking the trails but the weather can cause severe dry chapped lips. Out comes the Blistex and within a few application, my lips feel so much better!

I only use the lip ointment when my lips are more dry than usual: when I've been out in the sun all day, before and after any winter sports, etc. It works every time and one 11g tube normally lasts me between 6 to 12 months. I also use Blistex chap sticks (with SPF).

There's a cool sensation on your lips after applying. It protected my lips from the cold Canadian winter.

I have severely dry lips that get chapped on a daily basis. And if I don't apply anything on them, they will start to crack, bleed, burn, or at worst, blister into cold sores. This is the only product that provides my lips with instant, cooling relief and helps keep cold sores away. I have been using this product every since I was a teenager and cannot go without it. I usually apply it 3 times a day and like the applicator it comes in.

This works really well for dry lips. I find it a little oily but it does the job!

This product is my go to lip balm. It does what it has to do and in no time my lips aren't dry anymore. Amazing.
